Maximum grip because…. we realise every floor is different
There are many ways to make a floor anti-slip, which is the best? This all depends of the type of floor. As anti-slip specialist we know exactly which application is needed. An extra advantage of the application is that during the work immediately deep cleaning of the floor is done as well, which makes your floor look like new again. (only with our 1-2-3 system).
Resiliant floors
What are resiliant floors? Think here at vinyl, VCZT, laminate, linoleum, etc. Resiliant floor ussualy have a low anti-slip resistance, when wet they can be extremely dangerous. After our treatment the floor anti-slip resistance is very high, even when wet at for example spilled liquids.
Tiles (stone)
On walls and floors usually ceramic tiles are used. Water does not penetrate and wear and tear is extremely low. In toilets, bathrooms, lobby’s etc. you will find these tiles almost anywhere. There is one disadvantage, even when dry these tiles can be very slippery, when wet the chance you slip is almost 100%. MaxxGrib Floor Safety has several applications which makes a stone floor anti-slip without changing the appearance of the floors.
Concrete floors
People choos these concrete floors because they are almost maintenace free. A concrete floor can be painted or covered with any other material. A disadvantage of concrete is that the floor is very hard and when polished or painted when the floor becomes wet it is a matter of time before accidents happen. MaxxGrib Floor Safety has several applications for concrete to make them anti-slip.
Shower- and bathrooms (wet cells)len)
Shower- and bathrooms are known as wet cells. This is the most dangerous location as many slip and fall accidents happen in here. A combination of water, moistened air, soap and ceramic tiles is THE recipe for slip and fall accidents. Minimalisation of the risks for slip and fall accidents is MaxxGrib Floor Safety’s speciality and for these so called wet cells we have proofed solutions.
Wooden floors
Although you might expect that a wooden floor –from nature a rough surface- brings slip & fall risks with it, in practise it turns out different. Wooden floors are being treated so it looks and feels smooth, when you spill some water (water tap machine, koffie machine, watering plants) it turns out very slippery and an accident is lurking around the corner. Also for Wood MaxxGrib Floor Safety has products to minimize the risk at a slip and fall accident.
